How to Find Your Pharmacy's PID in Propel POS

Your pharmacy's PID, sometimes called PTS ID or Pharmacy ID, is a maximum four-digit number PTS uses to identify your pharmacy. You'll need to know this number when contacting Customer Care.

Tip: When calling into Customer Care, you may be prompted by the IVR to enter your PID. Enter the PID using your phone's keypad (e.g. if the PID is P0123, key in 0-1-2-3 on your phone). This will save time by allowing the Customer Care agent to assist you quickly.

From the main menu in Propel POS, you can find the PID in two locations:

• Title Bar

• Favourites Section Bar
